Saturday at Valley Green

What to do on a hot Saturday when I can't actually hike Forbidden Drive? Go to the Valley Green Inn, sit on the front porch, sip iced tea and eat a yummy chicken salad sandwich. Since I forgot to bring my book, or my knitting, and since Taylor has to come home to work, I'll just take that knitting and that book out to our own patio, crank up the water feature and enjoy the rest of the day. The lazy days of summer......................
